Return and Refund Policy

 Service Cancelation 

Hive rentals and hosting management services can be canceled at any time with a 30 day notice via email or phone call.. In case of Hive rentals. Bee colonies will be picked up in 2 weeks of cancelation and customer charged for the full month. Cancelations with in the first 10 days will be charged a $250 setup fee and first months rent.  Managed colony service has no cancelation fee as long as monthly service payment is up to date. If you decide that having bees does not work for you any longer I will buy back the Colonies Delivered for $200.There are no refunds on live Bees, Nucs or full size colonies. once you pick  up the bees you are the sole owner of bees and responsible for their survival and health.  No replacements or refunds on managed colonies if they have been found to have died from poisoning of any source. Rental customers will be charged $200 per colony if Bees die due to pesticide or herbicide poison while on rental.

Hardware and  equipment:

Bee care items, equipment, woodware and such.  Replacement or refund if found to be damaged or defective with in 10 days and unused. No refunds due to shipping damage. Once carrier pick up package Southeast Homestead is no longer responsible for damaged or lost items
